Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to fix my car?

Generally, all work is done the same day, weather permitting.  Please contact us before you bring your auto to make sure we have availability that day.  

How are you able to fix my car in a day when it takes the body shop weeks?

We specialize in cosmetic repairs and do not have a backlog of work that is dependent on parts and staff availability.  We are a small team doing small jobs with a fast turnaround so you don’t have to go days or weeks waiting to get your auto back.  

Why are you so much cheaper than the body shop?  Does that mean your work is lower quality?

We are cheaper because we do not have the high costs associated with running a body shop.  We use the same high-quality, professional-grade materials that the body shops use. 

How can you paint my auto outside? 

We are using state-of-the-art high-quality finishes applied with an HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) paint system that encourages a faster drying time.  We are also doing cosmetic repairs and not collision damage, so the job is smaller.  

Can you come to my home or office?

No, current insurance, fire, and other governmental regulations prohibit us from spraying paint in residential and office areas.  We have several auto dealerships in the Metro Atlanta area where we are able to work outside.  

Do you take appointments?

Yes and no… when you call we will give you a day to bring your auto to us.  Please plan on bringing your auto to us by 10 am to ensure we can get it done the same day. 

Can I wait while you work?

Yes, the dealerships have graciously offered the use of their customer waiting room, but please ask us when you drop your auto off for an estimate for when it will be done, sometimes it might be the end of the day.  You cannot wait inside your auto while we work.  

Do you take credit cards?

Currently, we do not take credit cards in an effort to keep costs down.  We do accept cash, checks, PayPal, and Zelle. 

Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a 1-year warranty for defects in workmanship and materials.  If there is new damage to an area previously repaired, it is not covered under warranty.  Yes, we can tell if it is new damage. 

What if the weather is bad on the day I am set to bring my auto to you for refinishing work?

Please call us before you come!  Since we are outside we are subject to the elements, we may need to arrange a different time.  

How long after refinishing before I can wash my auto?

Please allow a minimum of 24 hours before you wash your auto and a week before it is waxed to uphold the integrity of the newly applied finishes.  

Can I send you photos of the damage to my car or truck for an estimate?

Sure!  Please text them to (770) 789-8858 and someone will get back to you within 2 business days, usually sooner.  

Do you file insurance?

No, we do not, 90% of the jobs we do are well under $500 so much less than your deductible.
